Earlwood declared a Priority Precinct

A June 1, 2017, a press release from the NSW Department of Planning and Environment identified Turrella, Bardwell Park, and Earlwood as one of its 15 Priority Precincts for development.

This has major implications for the Wolli Creek Regional Park (WCRP), because the areas designated for dominating high-rise and major population increases cover almost the whole of the Park area as this Composite Precinct Map shows
