Annual Dinner – book now for the Society’s 25th Annual Dinner coming up very soon on Friday 19th October

ABC Science Broadcaster Bernie Hobbs and transport planner Dr Michelle Zeibots will give us the latest on the current challenges and breakthroughs in sustainable transport, including the proposed M5E extension that threatens the Western Gateway of Wolli Creek Regional Park

Date: Friday 19 October 2012, from 6pm

Where: St George Rowing Cluib, 1 Levey Street, Wolli Creek

Cost: $45 per person

There will also be the usual multi-prize raffle on the night.

The dinner is always popular and a great event to bring family, friends and neighbours along to.

Indulgence Walk Sunday 7 October

Indulgence walk, with option to start with a light lunch. Experience our wonderful bushland in its full spring colours. Starting from Earlwood Bardwell RSL, walk through to the western gateway and return by train from Bexley North.  Contact info@wollicreek.org.au. Free to members.

Bush Tucker Walk 1 October

Walk from Bexley North to Turrella Reserve with Les McLeod and Ben Khan of NPWS. Free to members.
