Paddlers

Wolli Creek Eco-Paddles are on again this autumn Sunday 4 May 2pm and Sunday 1 June 12.30pm

The Wolli Creek Preservation Society is partnering with the River Canoe Club of NSW (RCC) to run our popular Wolli Creek Eco Paddles. These paddle will start from the RCC clubhouse, Richardson Crescent, Marrickville, and finish with light refreshments back at the clubhouse. The River Canoe Club will provide paddle guidance, and all the gear including canoes and life jackets. You get a very different view of the Wolli Creek Valley from creek level, and it’s a chance to get a gentle and short introduction to paddling as we cater for beginners.

Walkers

We love our Rivers – Autumn Wolli Creek Guided Walks

The Wolli Creek Preservation Society is conducting guided walks this Autumn as part of the Canterbury-Bankstown Councils We Love Our River events. 

This is a great opportunity to come along and walk part of or the full length of the track in the Wolli Creek Regional Park at a leisurely pace. We have two walks scheduled. One is 3.5km from Bexley North to Turrella Reserve on the 23 March. The second one is 5km from Tempe to Bexley North on 13 April.

Our volunteer guides will share their knowledge of this bushland, its cultural and environmental history, as well as information about the current issues facing the Wolli Valley and the bush regeneration (Bushcare) work the Society is undertaking.
