EXPLORING SECRET SYDNEY – UP THE CREEK

Last Sunday, on a sunny afternoon after a week of rain, a group of keen paddlers set off from the River Canoe Club on the Cooks River to explore the lower reaches of Wolli Creek. With the help of their enthusiastic guides, they learnt about WCPS bushcare projects in the valley, learnt some history, explored the mangroves and spotted shy water birds. The last Eco-Paddle for autumn will be on 1 June and places are still available.
