SEPT BEXLEY NORTH TO TEMPE WALK

Spring was definitely in the air on Sunday 13 September, when nine walkers joined Ute and Kirsten for the full Wolli Creek walk from Bexley North to Tempe. While the day started chilly and foggy when we assembled at 8am, the sun soon broke through to show off a beautiful variety of wildflowers. We all enjoyed hearing Ute’s history info at the various stops and the highlight of the day was watching a pair of Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos near the Johnston Street bushcare site.
