WCPS ANNUAL DINNER ANOTHER SUCCESS
WCPS had another enjoyable Annual Dinner at the Bardwell Valley Golf Club this week, giving members and friends a chance to catch up, vie for prizes and share a marvellous meal. A highlight of the evening was the talk by Matthew Mo, a senior threatened species officer with the New South Wales Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, primarily working on flying-fox conservation and management. As Matthew explained, conserving these important native animals and addressing human and flying-fox conflicts is a hugely complex task. Thank you Matthew, and a special thank you to the whole team organising and running the dinner.
